January 27, 2012 -- IMG and Winthrop Management entered a riser management service agreement for 311 W. Monroe in Chicago. The 15-story office building has 392,000 square feet.

December 7, 2011 -- IMG will provide riser management services for Keystone Property Group at two locations in the Chicago suburbs. IMG will service a total of 535,000 square feet of commercial property at the East West Corporate Center, a two building office complex in Naperville with 220,000 square feet, and the Bannockburn Lake Office Plaza, a three building, 315,000 square feet complex in Bannockburn.

November 1, 2011 -- Cushman & Wakefield and IMG entered a three-year riser management service agreement for 525 Market Street in the San Francisco Financial District. At 1.1 million square feet, the 38-story office tower is the 3rd largest building in San Francisco.

October 12, 2011 -- IMG signed a three-year agreement with Paramount Group for riser management services at One Market Plaza in San Francisco. The plaza, which includes the 42-story Spear Tower and the 27-story Steuart Tower, totals more than 1.6 million square feet of office and retail space.

September 19, 2011 -- Golub & Company signed a 3-year renewal of its riser management service agreement with IMG for the John Hancock Center in Chicago. The 100-story John Hancock Center is a mixed-use office, retail and residential tower with 2.8 million square feet.

July 8, 2011 -- IMG was selected by Shorenstein to provide riser management services for Market Square in San Francisco, the new headquarters for Twitter. Market Square is a two-building complex: Market Square North is 11 stories with 775,000 square feet and Market Square South is 10 stories with 335,000 square feet.

July 7, 2011 -- IMG will provide riser management services for Friedman Properties in Chicago. Friedman Properties' portfolio of renowned historic buildings in Chicago's River North includes Medinah Temple, Tree Studios and the original Cook County Criminal Courts building. IMG will service 21 buildings with a total of more than 1.7 million square feet.

June 10, 2011 -- IMG signed a service agreement with Cushman & Wakefield to provide riser management services at Jack London Square in Oakland, CA. The waterfront office and retail complex has more than 300,000 square foot.

May 11, 2011 -- IMG will provide telecom riser management services to 343 Sansome in San Francisco. The 15-story, 256,985 square foot landmark structure is a unique two-part building. The original office building was built in 1908, and a 15-story addition was completed in 1990.

April 27, 2011 -- Cushman & Wakefield hired IMG to provide riser management services at 425 Market Street in San Francisco. The nearly 1,000,000 square foot building has 38 stories and is located in the city's Central Business District.

March 29, 2011 -- Duke Realty and IMG signed a riser management services agreement for Riverway, a 3-building office park in Rosemont, IL. The office complex has more than 858,000 square feet and is located within minutes of O'Hare International Airport.

March 22, 2011 -- IMG and Boston Properties renewed a riser management services agreement for the Embarcadero Center in San Francisco. The four million square foot complex includes four high-rise office buildings in the San Francisco Financial District. Embarcadero Center has two 45-story buildings, and two 32-story buildings.

February 23, 2011 -- Lincoln Property Company signed a riser management service agreement with IMG for 120 North LaSalle Street in Chicago. The 39-story building was designed by Helmut Jahn and has more than 380,000 square feet.

February 8, 2011 -- CAC signed a riser management service agreement with IMG for 88 Kearny Street in San Francisco. The 22-story building has more than 200,000 square feet. Built in 1986, the building won two prestigious awards for design excellence from the American Institute of Architects.

November 19, 2010 -- IMG and Arden Realty signed service agreements for two west suburban Chicago properties with more than 1.5 million square feet. Westbrook Corporate Center in Westchester is a 1.2 million square foot campus with five 10-story towers. One Lincoln Center in Oakbrook Terrace is a 16-story landmark building with more than 300,000 square feet.

Sept. 13, 2010 -- IMG and Cushman & Wakefield signed a riser management services agreement for Kemper Lakes Business Center in Lake Zurich, IL. The corporate office park, located in Chicago's northern suburbs, includes 4 buildings with 1.1 million square feet of commercial office space.

Sept. 13, 2010 -- IMG will provide riser management services at 325 West Huron Street in Chicago for Urban Innovations. The 8-story concrete loft building in River North opened in 1930.

August 9 , 2010 -- IMG will provide riser management services for three Chicago area Arden Realty properties totaling 1.6 million square feet. The properties include the 31-story Oakbrook Terrace Tower, the tallest building in Illinois outside the city of Chicago; Commerce Plaza, a three building office complex in Oak Brook; and Pointe O'Hare, an 11-story office building in Rosemont

June 8, 2010 -- Jones Lang LaSalle signed an agreement with IMG for riser management services at 231 South LaSalle Street in Chicago. The 20-story, 1.0 million square foot office building opened in 1924.

May 28, 2010 -- The Swig Company selected IMG to provide riser management services for The Mills Building at 220 Montgomery Street in San Francisco. The landmark building was constructed in 1891 and a 22-story tower was added in 1931. Today, the 450,000 square foot office building is San Francisco's only remaining example of the Chicago School of Architecture.

Apr. 15, 2010 -- IMG and the Chicago office of Arden Realty signed a contract renewal for riser management services at 1111 West 22nd. Street in Oak Brook and Corporate 500, a four building office complex in Deerfield. Both properties total nearly 900,000 square feet.

Mar. 15, 2010 -- IMG announces that it will offer no-fee agreements for riser management and telecom services. CEO Mike Curtin stated, "Our no-fee agreements help property managers improve the quality of telecom service for their tenants, without increasing costs."
